My SGBS Pompidou banking account number: ********/8, was debited from 384 778FCFA on 25 July 2018, when it showed a balance of only 260 070 FCAF. I have NEVE3R made such a purchase either by check or crdit card. Why has my bank, that never previously accepted any payment from a deficit bank account accepted to pay 384 778FCFA? Why does the manager of the ZSGBS refuse to contact me through e-mail when I repeatedly wrote to her?
