Dear management,

I am appealed by the lack of professionalism of your institution. My ATM card was captured by the machine at the airport on May 25 at 17h00 and I have been trying my best to get it back.I was promised a phone call to retrieve it at 8h00 am this morning and until now nothing!! I am "bounced" back from one person to another.
